Required Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline,

or equivalent professional experience

.

- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience

, including

3+ years in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect capacity

.

- Must have strong experience in at least one of the following:

- Salesforce Media Cloud
, preferably including

Advertising Sales Management (ASM)

, or

- Salesforce Industries / Vlocity
, with strong OmniStudio experience, ideally within Communications Cloud/CME or similarly complex solutions.

- Hands-on experience with

OmniStudio

, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/Data Mappers, and FlexCards.

- Hands-on experience with

Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, and contract lifecycle management capabilities

.

- Strong Core Salesforce expertise across data modeling,



security architecture, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, platform limits, and org strategy.

- Strong Salesforce integration architecture experience, including

REST APIs, middleware, asynchronous processing, and event-driven integration patterns

.

- Experience conducting discovery, assessing existing implementations, defining target-state architecture, and guiding implementation.

- Ability and willingness to remain technically hands-on rather than operating exclusively as a high-level architect.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of modern Salesforce capabilities, including

Agentforce and Salesforce AI
