Title: SAP OCM Consultant We are looking for an SAP OCM Consultant to lead and support the human side of change for our SAP transformation projects. In this role, you will design and execute change management strategies—including stakeholder alignment, impact analysis, communication, and training—to ensure smooth user adoption, minimize operational disruption, and drive business value from SAP solutions.

Qualifications

- Experience:



3+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management specifically within SAP implementation or migration projects (e.g., S/4HANA transitions).
- Core Skills: Expertise in change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments, leadership alignment, and end-user training strategy.
- Communication & Engagement: Proven track record of developing clear communication plans, resistance management strategies, and user engagement programs across diverse business units.
- Methodology: Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) tailored to large-scale enterprise ERP deployments.
