Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM AMS Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and at least one additional Talent Management module. The candidate will be responsible for providing Application Management Services (AMS), handling production support, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements across SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.

The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience with Employee Central and any one or more Talent Management modules, along with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide AMS support for SAP SuccessFactors HCM applications.
- Handle day-to-day production support, incident management, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Employee Central and Talent Management modules.
- Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and system updates.




- Support business users with functional queries and process-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HR, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain support documentation, issue logs, and service reports.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of tickets.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Experience in at least one additional Talent Management module, such as:
- Performance & Goals Management
- Succession & Development
- Recruiting Management
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation Management

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HCM processes.
- Experience in AMS / Production Support.
- Incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Language Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (Mandatory).
- Good English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Ability to communicate with LATAM business users and global stakeholders.
