Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Employee Central module. The idóneo candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM, including employee data management, HR processes, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Configure Employee Central objects, business rules, workflows, and Foundation Objects.
- Work on data migration, employee data management, and data validation.
- Handle role-based permissions (RBP) and manage user access.




- Support integrations between Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing AMS support.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation and support testing activities.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM and HR business processes.
- Experience with Foundation Objects and MDF Objects.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions.
- Experience in Employee Central configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and AMS support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
