About the Role
Our client is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Ingeniero Eléctrico de Diseño y Desarrollo de Circuitos to join their research and development team in Morelia, Michoacán, MX. This position is crucial for the conceptualization, design, simulation, and testing of analog and digital electronic circuits for new product development. The adecuado candidate will have a strong foundation in circuit theory, semiconductor devices, and microelectronics, coupled with hands‑on experience in PCB layout and prototype testing. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the creation of next-generation electronic products that meet demanding performance specifications. This is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of electronic design.
Key Responsibilities Design, simulate, and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for various applications.
Create schematic diagrams and perform PCB layout using industry‑standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
Select appropriate electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability requirements.
Build and test circuit prototypes, performing validation and verification against design specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits, identifying root causes of failures.
Collaborate with firmware engineers and mechanical designers to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
Conduct design reviews and document design specifications, test procedures, and results.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in electronic components, circuit design techniques, and manufacturing technologies.




Assist in the transition of designs from R&D; to production, supporting manufacturing engineers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in analog and digital circuit design and development.
Proficiency in using EDA tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, Or CAD, Cadence Allegro).
Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and power management ICs.
Experience with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Experience with RF circuit design is an advantage. Benefits
