We’re hiring: Sales Executive | Toluca International Airport (MMTO), State of Mexico, Mexico.
About the Role
Manny, a leading provider of FBO, ground handling, and aviation support services across Mexico, is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in the international business aviation market. Based at Toluca International Airport (MMTO), this role is ideal for a seasoned aviation sales professional with a strong industry network, in-depth knowledge of FBO and ground handling operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to global operators.
Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by promoting Manny’s FBO, ground handling, and inflight catering services to international operators, charter companies, corporate flight departments, and aviation support providers.
Develop new business opportunities while strengthening long‑term relationships with existing clients.
Engage with flight schedulers, dispatchers, trip support providers, and key decision‑makers across the business aviation community.
Represent Manny at major industry events, including NBAA conferences and other relevant aviation forums.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate service agreements,



and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of sales experience in FBO, ground handling, aviation services, or inflight catering.
Proven track record serving the international business aviation market.
Solid understanding of private, corporate, and charter flight operations.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Valid passport and U. S. visa, and availability for frequent international travel. What We Offer Competitive salary.
