Your Tasks Provide strategic leadership and guidance to PC/3 PM Quality Managers, ensuring alignment of manufacturing quality strategies, priorities and objectives across the regional network
Monitor and accountable of regional performance KPI’s, identify gaps and escape risks for PC’s
Ensure consistency across local teams at PC’s and regional/global priorities
Adapt and guarantee general standards to regional regulations (PC’s)
Promote operational excellence and quality cost optimization (COPQ) by driving standardization, loss elimination, process capability improvement
Lead capability development and talent management for PC/3 PM Quality Managers
Provide governance and oversight of regional audit programs, supplier quality performance and manufacturing quality system effectiveness
Champion the identification, deployment, and replication of best practices across PC network
Support & ensure quality in selection of new suppliers (RPM, 3 PM) within regional / local Sourcing Teams (RMT)
Lead quality governance for strategic projects, technology transfers, capacity expansions / implementation of new manufacturing technologies Your Profile 10+ years of industry experience largely in Quality area




Expert knowledge of c GMP & overall FDA requirements / guidelines for OTC / Derma / Healthcare and Cosmetic products. Familiarity to US FDA is a plus
Expert knowledge of Quality processes at Manufacturing
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and other Supply Chain functions
Ability to identify and replicate best practices across manufacturing networks
