About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Desarrollador Full Stack Senior to join their growing e-commerce platform team in Zapopan, Jalisco. This role is critical for enhancing user experience and driving business growth through innovative web solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment of robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The idóneo candidate possesses a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, a proven track record in e-commerce development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position is based in our office in Zapopan, Jalisco , offering a fully on-site work experience to foster team collaboration and accelerate project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences.
Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases to support complex e-commerce functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.




Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, ensuring seamless operation of the e-commerce platform.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a significant focus on e-commerce.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script, React, Angular, Vue.js).
Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby) and frameworks.
Demonstrated experience with relational and No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and related technologies.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Benefits
