HCRM Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing improvement of finance processes. You will work with finance, accounting, treasury, payroll, shared services, and IT teams to translate business requirements into practical Oracle solutions.

What you’ll do

- Lead discovery and design workshops, document current processes, and identify gaps and financial control risks.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and demonstrate proposed solutions to business stakeholders.
- Determine which requirements can be met through standard configuration and which need integrations, reports, workflows, or extensions.
- Prepare configuration workbooks, functional designs, process flows, and test scenarios. Coordinate with technical, security, reporting, and data migration teams.
- Lead solution walkthroughs, integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Investigate production issues, address root causes, and develop training materials and operating procedures.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least eight years of ERP Financials experience, including substantial hands-on configuration in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Participation in at least three full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable,



Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
- Hands-on experience with bank and account reconciliation, financial close, customer deductions, cash application, payroll accounting, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting.
- Ability to lead workshops independently, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
