Payments is not a feature at Finkargo. It's the core of how the business works.

When we approve a client, we pay their supplier directly, anywhere in the world. Our capital crosses borders, converts currencies, and lands in a supplier's bank account before a single container ships. When the goods arrive and the importer sells, they pay us back. That full cycle runs through our platform for every single operation.

But not every importer needs lending. Some just need a faster, cheaper, more transparent way to pay their international suppliers. So we built that too.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the entire payments experience at Finkargo, how money moves in, how it moves out, and the infrastructure that connects both sides.

This is a 0-to-1 role. You'll be designing and shipping the payment rails that power international trade for hundreds of businesses across Latin America. The infrastructure you build will move millions of dollars across borders every month.

Responsabilities

Product Discovery

- Payment flows end to end — from supplier payouts across 40+ countries to client repayments, including FX conversion, compliance checks, and reconciliation.




- Cross-border payment rail integrations — evaluating, selecting, and integrating providers that move money internationally. You'll work with SWIFT, SPEI, ACH, and emerging rails including stablecoin infrastructure.
- The client payment experience — how importers interact with payments on the platform, whether we're lending to them or they're paying suppliers directly.
- Monetization and pricing — defining and optimizing FX spreads, fees, and the commercial model behind payments.
- Scaling across markets — what works in Mexico needs to work in Colombia, and eventually across LATAM. You'll design for that from day one.

What are we looking for

Experience

- 5+ years as a Product Manager, with meaningful time in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
- You've shipped cross-border payment products from 0 to 1 — not just iterated on existing flows
- Experience integrating with payment rails (SWIFT, SPEI, ACH, or similar)
- Track record of working directly with engineering in agile environments

Knowledge

- Deep understanding of FX and currency conversion — how it works, where the margin is, what can go wrong
- Familiarity with cross-border payment providers (Airwallex, Wise, Stripe, Conduit, or similar)
- Understanding of compliance frameworks: KYC, AML, and cross-border regulatory requirements
- Bonus: experience with stablecoins or crypto payment rails

Skills

- You can take ambiguity and turn it into a clear product plan
- You make decisions with imperfect information and own the outcomes
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You're comfortable saying no to protect focus and execution quality

Language

- Native Spanish
- Professional English (you'll be communicating with international payment providers)
