Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead / SDET Lead to drive automation engineering, develop scalable test frameworks, and lead end-to-end quality assurance activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in QA and software test automation.
- Recent, hands-on SmartBear TestComplete experience in web application automation – mandatory.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and/or Robot Framework.
- Automation framework design and development (POM / BDD).
- UI, API, database, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- CI/CD pipeline integration and automated test execution.
- SQL and database validation.




- Test strategy, defect management, root cause analysis, and release readiness.
- Experience leading QA teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting code reviews.

Preferred Skills
- SAP GUI / SAP Fiori testing.
- Appium and Cypress.
- Cloud-based and distributed application testing.
- AI-assisted testing tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks.
- Lead automation testing across web applications, APIs, and databases.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish test strategies, quality metrics, and testing standards.
- Identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve defects.
- Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous quality improvements.
