Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures.
Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee product testing and inspection processes, both remotely and in coordination with on-site personnel.
Collaborate virtually with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
Maintain detailed quality records and documentation.
Prepare quality reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Train and guide on-site personnel on quality control procedures.
Participate in internal and external audits related to quality systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related scientific field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong virtual communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
Experience with auditing and supplier quality management is a plus.
