About the Role

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX , is looking for an energetic and experienced Automotive Production Supervisor (Turno) to oversee daily operations. This role is critical in ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of production associates, manage workflow, and implement process improvements on the factory floor. We are seeking a proactive leader with a strong understanding of automotive assembly processes and a proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure production lines operate efficiently, meeting established targets for volume, quality, and safety.
- Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Train and mentor new and existing production associates.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering departments to address equipment issues.




- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing).
- Manage shift schedules and workforce allocation.
- Foster a positive and productive team atmosphere.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within automotive manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of automotive production processes and assembly techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work versátil hours and manage shift operations.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in the automotive industry.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX .
