Fetchly builds web and mobile applications for startups, enterprises, and small businesses. We’re looking for a remote Senior Shopify Solutions Architect to shape client strategies and guide the delivery of scalable, high-quality Shopify experiences.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead client-facing technical discovery, translate business needs into Shopify strategies, and define project scope.
- Architect Shopify and Shopify Plus storefronts, including Online Store 2.0 themes and integrations.
- Assess existing stores and recommend practical improvements through audits, migrations, or rebuilds.
- Evaluate native Shopify features, third-party apps, and custom development to select effective solutions.
- Develop estimates, identify technical risks, and communicate delivery considerations to clients and teams.
- Guide developers through implementation decisions and stay current on Shopify releases and platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications





- Strong experience designing Shopify solutions for varied business needs.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus and Online Store 2.0 architecture.
- Experience conducting store and theme audits and delivering migrations or rebuilds.
- Ability to lead technical client conversations, clarify requirements, and scope projects.
- Strong judgment evaluating native features, apps, and custom solutions, with the ability to estimate work and guide developers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting clients across startup, enterprise, and small-business environments.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform updates and their implications for store architecture.
- Experience collaborating with remote, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
