We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and develop strategies that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online growth. The idóneo candidate should understand different social platforms, create effective content plans, and manage daily social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Manage accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and interactions.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors.
- Identify trending topics and opportunities to improve content performance.
- Track account growth and analyze social media metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Previous experience in social media management.




- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Understanding of content strategy and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
- Knowledge of organic growth and paid social campaigns.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other management tools.

Job Type: Contract Pay: $20,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
