About the Role

Our client, a dynamic digital solutions provider, is seeking a talented Remote Project Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and business goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Oversee the execution of development sprints using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols. Facilitate effective communication between development teams, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and impediments. Manage client expectations and provide regular project status updates.



Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development project management, with a significant portion focused on web and mobile applications. Proven experience leading remote development teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and mobile development platforms. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote environment. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively. A portfolio showcasing successful web and mobile application projects is a plus.
