At Grupo Motiva, we are looking for a Sr. Diabetes Educator – Mexico City (CDMX)

Summary The Sr. Diabetes Educator supports commercial growth by delivering clinical and product training to healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacy chains, patients, and sales teams. Through evidence-based education on diabetes care and insulin injection techniques, the role builds awareness, preference, and demand for the portfolio across Mexico and Central America & Caribbean (CCA).

Location, Schedule & Modality

Location: Mexico City (CDMX)

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

100% field-based position

Must be available to drive and to travel by road in the company car, and to fly to nearby locations to deliver training sessions

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Training and Sales Support: Develop and deliver training programs for distributors, pharmacy chains, healthcare professionals, and sales teams. Make sure they understand the portfolio, its clinical benefits, product features, and value proposition.

Clinical Education to Drive Portfolio Adoption: Teach evidence-based best practices in insulin injection technique and current clinical recommendations. Explain the risks of reusing needles and syringes. Deliver this education across public and private healthcare channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and distributor teams to find educational opportunities that support business objectives. Help build customer engagement strategies and stronger stakeholder relationships.

Reporting and Performance Tracking: Keep accurate, timely records of educational activities, customer interactions, and training outcomes in internal systems and CRM. Provide regular performance reports for business planning and compliance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, or Psychology.

Diploma, certification, or formal training in Diabetes Education (required).

Fluent English, able to lead business conversations, presentations, and training sessions.





Strong understanding of diabetes care, patient education, and healthcare professional engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting systems.

Valid driver’s license (required).

Able to drive an automatic car (required).

Availability to travel by road and by air.

Required Experience

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, healthcare education, or healthcare-related sales.

Previous experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Diabetes Educator, Clinical Educator, or similar customer-facing commercial role is highly preferred.

Experience delivering presentations, educational programs, or training sessions to healthcare professionals and large audiences.

Experience working with distributors, pharmacy chains, healthcare institutions, or commercial field teams is preferred.
