About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to pre-screening, evaluating, and supporting hiring decisions.

In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, deliver a strong candidate experience, and support the administrative side of recruitment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping build strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract qualified candidates through different channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support structured interview processes and competency-based assessments.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Manage recruitment documentation and candidate data.




- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline status.
- Prepare recruitment and interview reports.

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
