Job Summary

At Vereda Labs, we're building a different approach to talent. We combine recruiting, upskilling, referrals, and AI to help companies hire great people and help people grow into great careers. At the heart of this is the Vereda Ambassadors Network, our flagship referrals product: a trusted community of engineering and business leaders who help us connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities. Our team brings experience from consulting (McKinsey, BCG), recruiting, and building new ventures in corporate and startup settings. Over the last year we have increased our monthly revenue by 5x and are investing heavily in technology and process innovation. This isn't a traditional TA role. Beyond owning searches end-to-end for roles with a technical component and doing what it takes to close them, you'll be on the lookout for future ambassadors: every exceptional person you meet, whether you hire them or not, could be the next member of the Vereda Ambassadors Network, turning one-off conversations into lasting relationships. You'll also help us rethink how recruiting gets done with AI and automation.

It's a high-impact role with a lot of room for growth: as Vereda scales, you'll take on more senior and specialized searches, expand your scope, and help shape how our recruiting team and playbooks evolve.

What you'll do

• Full-cycle recruiting (~50%): Own searches end-to-end for roles with a technical component, such as data, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or solutions engineering profiles, from screening through interviews and offer. Work closely with hiring managers to understand each role, share market feedback, and keep every process moving toward a hire.

- Sourcing, outreach, and network (~30%): Build strong pipelines for every open role through Boolean search, AI-enabled tools,



referrals from the Vereda Ambassadors Network, events, and creative, persistent outreach to passive talent. Keep an eye out for future ambassadors, from people you place to great talent you meet along the way, and bring them into the network.
- Process improvement and innovation (~20%): Use AI, ATS, and market data to track your funnel and spot bottlenecks early. Take the initiative to automate repetitive work with AI, or propose concrete ways to make our recruiting faster and smarter.

Minimum qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, in an agency, startup, or high-growth company. Experience hiring technical profiles is a plus.

- Proven track record of closing roles, with concrete examples of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills, including Boolean search and persistent, creative outreach to passive talent.
- Strong communication and candidate management skills, with the ability to engage candidates and keep hiring managers aligned throughout the process.
- Hands-on experience with ATSs, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
