A Snapshot Of Your Day (position Overview)

Your day will be dynamic and collaborative. You’ll start by reviewing calendars and ensuring meetings and travel plans for the GT S Management are aligned. A couple of hours later, you might prepare a customer presentation or update a dashboard with the latest sales data.

Later, you’ll work closely with Strategy and Business Development colleagues to create tools that improve transparency and optimize workflows—sometimes leveraging AI solutions to automate reporting or enhance insights. Throughout the day, you’ll be the go-to person for the team, helping resolve operational bottlenecks and enabling everyone to perform their best.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for Sales team members.
- Organizing internal and external events, workshops, and customer visits.
- Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials
- Maintaining accurate data in CRM systems and dashboards; monitor KPIs and pipeline.
- Developing data visualization tools, reports, and templates for decision-making.
- Collaborating with Sales Managers to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Acting as a central point of contact to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Supporting onboarding of new team members with tools and best practices.

What You Bring (requirements)

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.




- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to create reports and dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools and ability to optimize sales operations through AI-driven solutions recommended.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
