About the Opportunity
A global leader in B2B industrial manufacturing and infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced, strategic, and datadriven Regional Pricing Manager LATAM.
In this highimpact, individual contributor role, you will lead and drive regional pricing strategies, margin optimization, and financial modeling across operating companies in Latin America. Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Excellence Director in Europe, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and country heads to maximize profitability and market performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing Leadership Design, implement, and embed robust pricing governance and strategies across LATAM operating companies.
Financial Analytical Modeling Conduct complex financial modeling, data analysis, and profitability assessments for products, services, and multicountry markets.
Commercial Excellence Innovation Proactively identify, model, and execute innovative pricing, discounting, and contracting frameworks to optimize revenue and margins.
Stakeholder Influence Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable advice for regional General Managers, Finance Directors, and Sales Leads without direct authority.




Process Digital Optimization Utilize SAP, advanced Excel, and AIdriven analytics tools to monitor market dynamics, price elasticity, and margin leakage.
Candidate Profile Requirements
Education Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Masters degree MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience 7 years of experience leading pricing, revenue management, and profitability improvement programs in multinational B2B industrial environments.
Industry Focus Experience in B2B Industrial Manufacturing, Building Materials, Infrastructure, Chemicals, or heavy B2B sectors is required.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.
Handson experience or familiarity with Artificial Intelligence AI tools for data analytics.
Languages Bilingual English and Spanish
Soft Skills Executive presence, strong leadership by influence, strategic mindset, and ability to navigate complex, multimarket environments.
