One of our clients, an international company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a VIP Customer Support Specialist to join its growing team.

We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven professional with excellent communication skills and experience building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of VIP clients, increasing engagement and deposit activity.
- Reactivate inactive customers through proactive communication and personalized approaches.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored offers based on their preferences.
- Promote product features, updates, bonuses and special offers.
- Perform cross-selling activities to increase customer engagement.
- Handle objections and implement effective customer retention strategies.
- Achieve performance targets related to deposits, retention and reactivation rates.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Requirements

- Experience in direct sales, active sales or cross-selling.




- Experience in customer service, customer retention or reactivation.
- Previous experience managing VIP or high-value customers is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers through chats and phone calls.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and build strong relationships.
- Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent Spanish and English (both languages are mandatory).
- High level of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity.

What We Offer

- Monthly salary: $730 USD.
- 100% remote work.
- 5/2 working schedule (5 working days, 2 days off).
- Working hours: 05:00–14:00 Moscow time (MSK).
