Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales calls for telecommunications products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
- Meet and exceed sales and conversion goals.
- Accurately document customer information in CRM platforms.
- Work efficiently across multiple systems while managing customer conversations.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.
- Experience handling customer calls while navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, email, browsers, and other business applications.




- Results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes.
- Advanced English proficiency required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: $19,000 – $21,000 MXN per month
- Uncapped commissions
