About the Role:

Are you a strategic negotiator who loves solving real-world operational challenges? We are looking for a Strategic Parts and Technical Procurement Coordinator to bridge the gap between our customers, Field Service Engineers, and international supply chain. This is a dual-impact position where you will have the autonomy to develop integral suppliers, negotiate high-value contracts, and deliver sustainable savings.

What You Will Do:

• Operations & Customer Support: Prioritize urgent parts requests, prepare quotations, and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding delivery dates.

• Technical Procurement: Manage the end-to-end purchase of industrial components and specialized services, validating technical specifications with Engineering.

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead RFQs/RFPs, negotiate pricing, payment terms,



and warranties with local and international suppliers.

• Optimize & Improve: Maintain ideal inventory levels for critical parts and standardize ERP (SAP/Oracle) workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Business, or Supply Chain.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in technical procurement, spare parts, or industrial service.

• Technical Savvy: Ability to read technical drawings and navigate ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).

• Language: 100% Professional English is required for international negotiations.
