Define & document the proposed solution based on clear demands (What?, Why?) Support Data Protection assessments and documentation requirements. Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment activities. Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support procedures. **Qualifications** ▪ Preferably university degree in information/computer science, engineering, business or related technical discipline ▪ 1 or more years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation or application development ▪ Knowledge about IT Service Management (ITSM)
