Mandatory Qualifications

Language Proficiency

- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (native or near-native proficiency required in both languages)
- Must be able to read and write formal evaluations clearly and precisely in English
- Must understand Spanish-language geographic, business, and cultural context
- Must be comfortable with technical terminology in both languages

Geographic and Residency Requirements

- Current residency in Mexico for the last 5 consecutive years (required to ensure authentic, current geographic knowledge)
- Deep,



lived knowledge of Mexico's geography—including major cities, regional landmarks, state and municipal boundaries, and less-prominent areas
- Current understanding of how people in your region actually navigate, speak about locations, and describe directions (colloquial usage, cultural references, regional variations)
