Responsible for leading strategic procurement activities to ensure material availability, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness.
This role drives sourcing strategies, supplier development, risk mitigation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to support business objectives and operational excellence.
Ensure timely material availability through effective purchase order and supplier management.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and support supply continuity.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost metrics.
Lead supplier negotiations, long-term agreements, and cost reduction initiatives.
Develop and maintain procurement procedures, sourcing methodologies, and supplier evaluation frameworks.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through supplier assessments,



capacity evaluations, and dual-source strategies.
Analyze procurement KPIs and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) and long-term supply planning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational and organizational goals.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience performing duties and responsibilities equivalent to the level of the position being applied for.
Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Customer service oriented.
Knowledge of SAP, Plex, or equivalent ERP systems.
Strong negotiation skills.
Lean Manufacturing knowledge (preferred).
