The adecuado candidate is a detail-oriented team player responsible for analyzing business data across different areas of the company to support data-driven decision-making. This role involves tracking and reporting key metrics, analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations and presentations in a cross-functional environment.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with spreadsheets and large datasets, and the ability to transform data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and report business performance metrics to support decision-making.

Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.

Analyze operational performance and suggest process improvements based on data insights.

Support budget tracking and analysis, as well as the evaluation of business proposals and initiatives.





Monitor market trends and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports and analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.

Knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, and/or Microsoft Access to query, manage, and analyze large datasets.

Experience creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides .

Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), or similar platforms .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
