Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day activities of one or more workstreams and oversee strategic and financial analyses on high-impact projects.
Manage analysts and consultants while coordinating cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct market sizing, develop business models, and perform rigorous quantitative analyses.
Design analytical frameworks and strategies that break down complex business problems into clear, actionable components.
Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, market analyses, and consultations with industry experts.
Lead the preparation of executive deliverables and present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and proposing innovative solutions.
Support business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.
Contribute to firm initiatives, including recruiting, mentorship,



diversity and inclusion, knowledge development, and community engagement.
Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent graduate qualification.
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent analytical roles.
Proven experience in M&A;, financial modeling, market analysis, and business plan development.
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Tableau.
Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.
Proven leadership, delegation, and talent development capabilities.
High attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
