As the Track & Trace Agent for our Special Projects division, you follow every non-standard and project load from pickup to delivery. Each shipment is different, so you plan, make steady status calls with carriers and drivers, keep the customer and team updated, and document every event in the system. You'll secure proof of delivery (POD), log detention time, and score carrier performance on our carrier report card. When something starts to slip, you catch it early and act before it becomes an escalation. You'll need track and trace, project logistics, dispatch or logistics coordination experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort with a TMS.
