About Us:

Reactic Restoration specializes in water damage and mold remediation, working closely with insurance carriers. We're seeking a remote estimator and restoration software specialist to join our team.

Job Overview:
The assistant will use insurance carrier software to manage insurance job assignments, create property sketches using Xactimate and other similar software, and communicate with insurance carriers, project managers, and customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

- Xactimate software knowledge is required.
- Symbility, Mica, Fire and Ice software are also needed, but we can offer training.
- Experience with insurance claims or restoration is a plus.
- Experience with Job Nimbus software is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110.00 - $165.00 per hour
