You’ll combine research, data, cultural awareness, and strong judgment to identify creators who truly fit each brand, audience, and campaign objective.Your Skillset:Must-haves1+ years of experiencein influencer marketing, creator marketing, talent sourcing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.Hands-on experienceresearching, sourcing, and evaluating creatorsacross platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Strong understanding ofcreator and brand fit , including audience demographics, engagement, content style, market relevance, and brand alignment.Ability to translate acampaign or client brief into clear creator selection criteriaand build targeted lists accordingly.Strong knowledge ofsocial media trends, creators, digital culture, and emerging communities .Ability to work withhigh volumes of creator profiles and multiple briefs simultaneouslywhile maintaining accuracy and quality.Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to go beyond obvious or repetitive creator choices.Comfortable working withdata and performance metricsto support creator recommendations.Strong organizational skills and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Professional proficiency inEnglish and Spanish .Nice-to-havesExperience working at aninfluencer marketing agency, creator platform, talent agency,
