We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverages Director to lead all F&B; operations, drive financial performance and deliver exceptional luxury dining experiences. This role is responsible for operational excellence, team development and consistent execution of SLS brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations .

Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.

Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service,



quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.

Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.

Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.

Advanced English proficiency

Passion for gastronomy, innovation and exceptional guest experiences.
