We are seeking a commercially focused Financial Adviser to join a growing and forward‑thinking financial planning business. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified adviser who thrives in a lead‑driven environment and enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals through expert, holistic advice.

Working with a steady stream of inbound enquiries generated through a successful marketing strategy, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, provide high‑quality regulated advice, and convert opportunities into ongoing wealth management relationships.

The Role
As an Investment & Wealth Adviser, you will:

Manage and respond to qualified inbound enquiries.

Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' financial objectives, existing arrangements, and future aspirations.

Build trust and develop strong relationships with prospective clients.

Deliver holistic financial planning and investment advice tailored to individual circumstances.

Advise on pensions, ISAs, retirement planning, tax‑efficient investing, wealth management strategies, and broader financial planning needs.

Explain investment concepts, portfolio construction, risk, and market behaviour in a clear and engaging way.

Convert prospects into valued long‑term clients and assets under management.

Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities through the full advice journey.Work closely with paraplanners, administrators,



and compliance teams to ensure an excellent client experience.

Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.

What You'll Bring

Experience as a regulated Financial Adviser or Wealth Adviser.

A strong track record of converting prospective clients into ongoing advisory relationships.

Solid investment and financial planning knowledge.

Experience working with inbound enquiries or lead‑generated opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Strong commercial awareness within a regulated advice environment.

Confidence explaining complex financial and investment concepts to clients.

Experience using CRM and back‑office systems.

Chartered Financial Planner status, or working towards Chartered.

Experience within wealth management or discretionary investment environments.

Knowledge of behavioural finance and investor psychology.

Experience advising affluent or high‑net‑worth clients.
