Lead the design and execution of large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies
Create and manage performance measurement systems to track program success and business impact
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness




Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Build and maintain strong partnerships across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business teams
Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
Ensure alignment between program objectives, operational capabilities, and business requirements
Bachelor's degree
~ Experience in program or project management
~6+ years of program or project management experience
~ English Language - Reading, Writing and Speaking
