Sobre nuestro clienteInternational professional services firm.Descripción- Lead the finance operations in Mexico, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.- Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring the integrity of financial information in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and corporate policies.- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making.- Prepare and present financial statements, corporate reports, and key performance indicators to senior management and corporate stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as manage internal and external audits.- Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure adherence to corporate policies and financial best practices.- Develop and lead the Finance team,



fostering a high-performance environment and continuous improvement mindset.- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with local, regional, and international stakeholders.- Drive automation, process optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.Perfil buscado- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Advanced conversational English (required).- More than 8 years of progressive experience leading Finance and Accounting functions within international companies reporting under IFRS or US GAAP standards.- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.- Experience collaborating with regional and international teams.- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Qué OfrecemosAdditional Benefits
