Your Role

As a Senior QA Lead - ETL & Healthcare Claims Testing at Capgemini, you will lead end-to-end quality assurance initiatives across data platforms, ETL processes, and healthcare claims systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business process validation across healthcare payer ecosystems, supporting critical claims processing, adjudication, pricing, and payment workflows.

This role requires deep expertise in ETL testing, data warehouse validation, healthcare claims processing, and quality governance. You will work closely with Data Engineering, ETL Development, Business Analysts, and Healthcare SMEs to ensure high-quality data movement, transformation,



and business process execution while providing technical leadership to QA teams.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead QA activities across ETL, data migration, data warehouse, and healthcare claims processing initiatives.

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules for data-centric projects.

• Validate ETL processes, data transformations, and source-to-target mappings to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Perform data migration testing, reconciliation testing, and data integrity validation across multiple systems.

• Execute SQL-based data validation and quality assurance activities.

• Validate healthcare payer workflows, claims lifecycle processes, adjudication, pricing, reimbursement, and payment functionality.

• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities across business and technica
