In this role, you'll model raw GTM and CRM data into curated, well-tested Snowflake layers that power analytics and AI-driven experiences. This is a hands‑on position where your dimensional modeling and dbt practices directly shape the data other teams build on. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain production dbt models on Snowflake.
- Design dimensional models using star schemas and conformed dimensions.
- Structure data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers following medallion architecture principles.
- Develop and extend semantic layer definitions and metrics as new use cases emerge.
- Model conversation transcripts and unstructured text for analytics.
- Apply dbt testing, validation, and documentation best practices.
- Model GTM and CRM data from sources such as Salesforce, Gong, and activity logs.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, with strong proficiency in dbt and Snowflake.
- Expert‑level SQL skills.
- Background in dimensional modeling, including star schemas and conformed dimensions.
- Hands‑on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
- Familiarity with semantic layer development, including metric definitions and semantic views.
