We are looking for an experienced Senior Industrial IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic, technology-driven manufacturing environment in Silao, Guanajuato.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who understands both manufacturing operations and information technology, and can bridge the gap between business challenges and effective digital solutions.
The idóneo candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities, industrial process knowledge, and technical understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES and ERP.
You will play a key role in identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing complex business and system-related issues, defining functional requirements,



and coordinating technology initiatives that improve production efficiency, data accuracy, traceability, and operational performance.
This is not a software development or infrastructure support position. We are looking for a senior professional with strong analytical capabilities who can understand technical challenges, communicate effectively with IT teams, and translate manufacturing needs into actionable technology requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, and IT teams to understand business challenges and operational requirements.
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify inefficiencies, integration gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis of business and system-related issues, particularly those affecting production, planning, quality, and data accuracy.
