We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ICM Data Consultant to own the administration, configuration, and daily operations of our Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. In this role,



you will bridge the gap between sales strategy and technical execution, ensuring that sales commissions, bonuses, and performance metrics are calculated accurately, audit-ready, and delivered on time.

The adecuado candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, deep technical knowledge of Varicent logic, and the communication skills necessary to collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, and IT.

Essential Job Functions
- Ensures Commission Calculation and Reporting applications are operating efficiently.
- Plans Production data loads and verifies completion timeliness and accuracy.
- Handles Production incidents by leading impact and resolution analysis with various teams.
- Supports root cause documentation and implements lessons learned.
- Liaises with business stakeholders to understand requirements / pain points and comes up with solution recommendations.
- Supports application deployment
