The Senior Associate will assist the Program Director with day-to-day program management support. The Project Manager will use experience and project management skills to help plan,



monitor and achieve program objectives delivered through a number of interconnected projects and multi-disciplined global teams.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies using project management tools such as MS Project, Planner, Jira, or similar.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking, resource coordination, and project documentation activities.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Support release, deployment, and change management activities
