Onboard a person responsible for Operational projects, whether new implementations, Launches or growth for current clients,



continuous improvement, or any other type of project.

PM will need to work closely with Project Stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans. Ultimately, the project manager duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards from conception to project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Provide internal and external Operations and support teams with defined requirements, timelines, resources and guidelines to multi-functional projects. Coordinate and oversee the projects to track progress and make sure they are being completed on time, scope and budget all the areas and involved and accountable for their part, this way ensuring that the communication between operations, needs of client and internal areas of support are aligned.
