Job Description:

As the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at International Manufacturing Company, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance and engineering activities at our facilities. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a strong background in the automotive or manufacturing industry, as well as deep technical knowledge across a variety of areas, from pneumatics to quality and environmental systems.
Note: Only candidates residing in Mexico State or Mexico City will be considered
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Solid technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electronics,



power electricity, and service equipment. Experience in launching new projects and products, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, and poke yokes. Experience in engineering changes, Lean Manufacturing, and layout improvement. Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement and energy-saving projects. Experience in budgeting, CAPEX management, installation, and transfer of machinery and equipment. Experience in managing operational staff and contractors. Advanced English proficiency. Strong communication, leadership, initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure efficient operation of facilities and equipment. Implement and maintain robust safety practices, including compliance with standards such as Lockout Tagout, confined spaces, and hot work permits. Develop and implement strategies for continuous
