Own test strategy for one or more initiatives, balancing coverage against regression sign-off timelines Build and maintain E2 E automation suites for web using Test Cafe with Type Script , and for mobile using R2 (YAML-based, built on Appium ) Monitor test execution health and trends via Grafana dashboards Drive manual regression execution and issue triage for web and app surfaces, coordinating across PST/IST contributors Track and report initiative status, blockers, and effort allocation Mentor and provide technical direction to manual and automation testers on the team Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years in QA, with demonstrated ownership of both manual regression and test automation Hands-on experience with Test Cafe and Type Script for web E2 E automation Hands-on experience with Appium -based mobile automation frameworks (e.g. R2 or equivalent YAML-driven frameworks) Familiarity with Grafana (or similar) for test/observability dashboards Experience managing or leading a distributed QA team (PST/IST or similar cross-timezone setup)
