Key Responsibilities Include Lead end-to-end visibility of global transportation processes using process mining tools to monitor performance and identify deviations. Analyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual interventions, lead time variances, and cost leakage drivers. Drive structured regional follow-up to support consistent execution of global transportation standards. Enhance Global Transportation Excellence standards and identify adoption or performance gaps across regions. Quantify financial and operational impact of improvement opportunities, including cost, service, productivity, and working capital benefits. Apply standardized methodologies for value calculation and baseline management. Consolidate and prioritize improvement opportunities based on value, feasibility, and scalability.
