Perform month‑end close (MEC) activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries and GL Reconciliations Analyze balance sheet and P&L; accounts, including but not limited to: Accrued Expenses, Prepaids, Cash & Banks, Payroll, Fixed Assets. Equity revaluation (gain/loss), Intercompany Prepare financial data and reports for management and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Prepare budgets and forecast using accurate information to support decision making Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards, leveraging Power BI and Excel to monitor performance, quality, and timeliness of R2 R activities. Actively identify, propose, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization, automation, and reduction of manual activities Support audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and explanations in line with SOX/internal control requirements.
