The Role This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs and individual performance.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Material Planning & Execution Plan direct materials by creating and managing purchase orders with suppliers. Ensure availability of raw materials and components aligned with production requirements. Monitor and manage material supply from PO release to point of use. Supplier Coordination Track and follow up on supplier purchase orders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery. Collaborate with external suppliers to resolve delays and supply issues. Process Improvement & Systems Accuracy Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within material planning processes. Maintain clean and accurate ERP/system data to support decision-making. Contribute to tactical planning initiatives to optimize material flow and inventory. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure alignment.



Support interdepartmental initiatives that benefit plant performance and business outcomes. What Success Looks Like Consistent material availability with no production disruptions. Inventory levels aligned with targets (optimized DOH, minimal excess/shortage). High supplier performance in terms of delivery time and volume accuracy. Accurate and reliable data within ERP systems.
