Reporting to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition this is a new role and ideal for someone looking to contribute to the development of long-term recruiting strategies and find top talent with highly specialized skillsets.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for the following: Partner with hiring managers to proactively source and attract top talent for our general teams. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, offer approvals, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines for critical skillsets. Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing guidance on market trends, hiring strategies, interview best practices, and candidate assessment.
Partner with hiring managers across multiple business functions to deliver consultative, best-in-class recruitment services. Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to optimize recruiting processes, leverage recruiting technology, build talent pipelines, and strengthen employer branding. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring process. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement and informed hiring decisions. Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and internal hiring procedures. Attend campus, industry, and networking events to promote Hexagon Autonomous Solutions and build relationships with prospective candidates.
