Description - The Business Planning Manager (BPM) is responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across the Personal Systems portfolio, connecting demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes.
The role operates at a highly strategic and analytical level, driving complex planning decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities.
This position plays a critical role in improving conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance, while enabling scalable and data-driven planning processes for the Personal Systems organization.
Priorities (first 6-12 months) Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning for Personal Systems Ensure strong demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions Improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and issue resolution Improve business performance across key metrics Conversion and backlog reduction Customer experience (ship dates, OTIF, lead time reliability) Inventory health,
