This position is responsible for the initial setup, loading, maintenance, and ongoing management of provider demographic, credentialing, and contracting information within the appropriate One Call systems. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and availability of provider data while supporting business operations and regulatory requirements. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working with large amounts of information, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external providers. Key Responsibilities Provider Data Management – 50%Accurately load, enter, update, maintain, and validate provider data within One Call systems. Manage provider demographic, credentialing, contracting,



and related information. Activate, deactivate, and terminate provider records according to established policies and procedures. Research, review, confirm, and make updates to provider information as requested. Respond to inquiries and issues related to provider information and data accuracy. Contact providers and other stakeholders by phone or email to obtain, clarify, or validate information. Perform validation activities and quality checks to ensure provider data is complete and accurate. Maintain appropriate documentation and records of provider data changes. Data Integrity & Compliance – 25%Maintain accurate databases and reporting related to provider network compliance and regulatory requirements.
